It is my sad duty to inform all readers of Crazy Lyrics that Klaas Van Klempert passed away peacefully in his sleep last Saturday.

Born on a Monday lunchtime, he lived but a few short years. He was a Dutch Troll, attracting the attention of Crazies and innocents. He leaves not just a website of faintly amusing lyrics but also a Guestbook that rocks with laughter.

To all of those contributors to the Guestbook who wished various forms of harm upon Klaas - may you never breed.

To everyone else, I hope you are comforted by Klaas's final words that night:

Hi every person

My name is Klaas Van Klempert and I love rock music. I have collected many of lyrics to rock songs that I can sing along to the great tunes.

My English is not so good so I translated them to my own language. It was unhappy that I lost the first lyrics but that the rest of the world can enjoy also my collection I have translated them back to the one language.

I have been VERY upset at some of the guestbooks - why you call bad words at me? I just love the music and want all to know.

I hate you. Everyone who bitches at you has a damn good right to...and who ever said you're going to kill us all...I dare you to find where I live and try it...Anyway. You should be ashamed of yourself for ruining the lyrics to Stairway to Heaven.... They are completely wrong except for ONE line. And in your stupid ass quiz, how do you expect any of us to get the quiz right?-EVERY LYRIC IS WRONG! For example The Hotel California Lyrics "Their understanding it reached Mercedes Benz Tiffany rotated. It received a quantity pretty, pretty boys, who call it friends" should be "Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes Benz. She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys, that she calls friends" Where the hell did you get that other crap? I don't care if you translated or not...Why not just get the damn lyrics from a site? Theyre all over hell...You have the internet...USE IT!

I admire how you tried to translate the lyrics to the song. Most of the Flamers/Bashers that signed here do not realize that you do not speak perfect english, and it is very difficult to translate songs from one language to another, as the words always get jumbled and the song doesn't rhyme after the translation. I would like to see the flamers who signed this guestbook learn German and then translate their favorite songs into German. Don't listen to ANYONE who speaks badly about your efforts. I ADMIRE you for trying to translate these songs. The people who said bad things about this site have no idea how to even write their own language! I found almost all the hate comments hilarious in the horrible misspellings and non stop profanities. Good luck in the future.
